Shipping and Payment.

Orders are picked at the SDEK warehouse and take 1 to 3 business days, but our staff always tries to process them as quickly as possible!

Your order can be delivered to a pickup location or by courier.

Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can track your package.

Important! Please check your email for notifications sent to the address you provided when placing your order. SDEK sends a notification when your order arrives at the pickup location and is ready for pickup. Please pick up your orders on time.

If an order is not picked up by the specified deadline or the customer refuses it after it has been shipped, the actual costs and return shipping fees will be deducted from the order total when issuing a refund.

International Shipping
