User Agreement for the tsuyuperfumes.art Website

1. General Provisions

1.1. The User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “Agreement”) constitutes a public offer and sets forth the terms and conditions governing the use by Users, via the Service, of the materials and services posted by the Administrator on the website located at: tsuyuperfumes.art (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”). 1.2. The Service is a hardware and software complex available on the Website that allows the User to utilize the functionality provided for them. The Service includes the interface, software, and other elements (tools, algorithms, methods) necessary for the proper functioning of the Site. 1.3. The Administrator is sole proprietor Ksenia Stanislavovna Yao, registered in the registry of sole proprietors under No. 324237500380660 (hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”).1.4. “User” means any natural person, including a visitor to the Site, who accepts the terms of this Agreement.1.5. This Agreement constitutes a public offer in accordance with Article 435 and paragraph 2 of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.1.6. The Agreement, concluded by acceptance of this offer, does not require bilateral signing and is valid in electronic form.1.7. By beginning to use the Site and/or its individual features, the User is deemed to have accepted the terms of the Agreement in their entirety, without any reservations or exceptions.

2. User Obligations

2.1. Any use of the Site’s materials, including but not limited to copying, reproducing, or adapting materials used on the Site, is prohibited, except for quoting materials to the extent objectively necessary for the User’s purposes of citing such materials.2.2. When citing materials from the Site, including copyrighted works, a link to the Site is required.

3. Administrator’s Liability

3.1. The Administrator is not liable for the User’s access to or use of external resources, links to which may be contained on the Site.

4. Changes to the Terms of the Agreement

4.1. The Administrator has the right to unilaterally amend the terms of this Agreement at any time. Such changes take effect 5 days after the new version of the Agreement is posted on the Site. 4.2. If the User does not agree with the changes, they must cease accessing the Site. Cease using the Site’s materials and services. 4.3. By continuing to use the Site, the User confirms their unconditional acceptance of the new version of the Agreement.

5. Final Provisions

5.1. All potential disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of the Russian Federation. 5.2. This Agreement is executed in two identical copies, each having equal legal force—one for each Party.
