CONSENT TO RECEIVE ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL-INFORMATIONAL MESSAGES AND THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA FOR THE PURPOSE OF SENDING THEM

In accordance with Federal Law No. 38-FZ of March 13, 2006, “On Advertising,” Federal Law No. 126-FZ of July 7, 2003, “On Communications,” and Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006, “On Personal Data,” I, by providing my contact information on the website https://tsuyuperfumes.art, as well as on its subdomains (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), acting freely, of my own volition, and in my own interest, confirming my legal capacity and that the contact information provided belongs to me, hereby grant my consent to Individual Entrepreneur Ksenia Stanislavovna Yao, TIN 519017997774, OGRNIP 324237500380660 (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”), this consent to receive advertising and promotional-informational messages and to the processing of my personal data for the purpose of sending such messages.

Newsletter Content I agree to receive from the Operator advertising and promotional-informational messages regarding: TSUYU brand goods and products; new products and fragrances; special offers, discounts, promotions, and promo codes; new product releases; brand events, projects, and news; loyalty programs and personalized offers; and other offers from the Operator aimed at promoting TSUYU products.
Methods of Sending Messages I agree to receive the specified messages via the contact information I have provided in the following ways: via email; via SMS messages; via messaging apps; via push notifications; via phone calls, including bulk calls made in compliance with the laws of the Russian Federation. The Operator has the right to use one or more of the listed communication methods, depending on which contact information I have provided.
Personal Data and Processing thereof For the purpose of sending advertising and promotional messages, I hereby grant the Operator consent to process the following personal data: last name, first name, and patronymic—if provided; email address; phone number; username, nickname, or messenger ID—if provided; information regarding the provision, modification, or revocation of this consent. I authorize the Operator to perform the following actions with the specified personal data, with or without the use of automated means: collection; recording; systematization; accumulation; storage; clarification, updating, and modification; retrieval; use; granting access to persons processing personal data on behalf of the Operator; blocking; deletion; and destruction. The processing of personal data is carried out solely for the purposes of preparing and sending me advertising and promotional messages, recording the consent provided, and ensuring the possibility of its withdrawal. The transfer of my personal data to an indefinite group of persons and its use for independent advertising mailings by third parties is not permitted by this consent.
Procedure for Providing Consent This consent is provided by my placing a separate checkmark in the unchecked box next to the text:

Consent may also be provided by performing another unambiguous action on the Website or in the Operator’s official bot that reliably establishes the fact that consent was given by a specific individual. Term and Withdrawal of Consent This consent is valid from the moment it is granted until it is withdrawn. Upon receipt and verification of the request, the Operator will immediately cease sending promotional messages to the relevant contact information and processing personal data for promotional purposes. The withdrawal of this consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of personal data carried out prior to its receipt. The Operator reserves the right to continue storing the information necessary to confirm the fact of granting and withdrawing consent, as well as to process personal data if there are other lawful grounds provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Service Messages This consent applies only to advertising and promotional-informational messages. Notifications necessary for the processing and fulfillment of an order, including order confirmation, payment information, order contents, delivery, storage period at the pickup location, and changes to or cancellation of the order, are service messages and are sent regardless of whether this consent is provided or revoked, provided there are grounds established by law.
